Tags N Labels reserves the right to refuse, remove, or decline any submitted content or order that we reasonably believe violates these Terms and Conditions, applicable law, or the rights of another party.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide, including your name, contact details, billing information, shipping address, artwork, and order specifications, is complete and accurate.
Customers retain ownership of the original intellectual property they lawfully own and submit to Tags N Labels. However, by providing artwork, designs, logos, text, or other materials for production, you grant Tags N Labels permission to use, reproduce, modify where reasonably necessary for production purposes, and process those materials solely to fulfill your order and provide related services.
Tags N Labels is not responsible for verifying whether customer-supplied artwork infringes upon the rights of another party.
By submitting artwork or other materials, you represent that:
We reserve the right to decline artwork or content that we believe may violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
Your use of the Tags N Labels website is also subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our website or providing information to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood how we may collect, use, and handle information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Because many of our products are custom-made according to customer specifications, artwork, dimensions, quantities, and other approved requirements, custom orders are generally considered final sale.
Payments for custom orders are generally non-refundable once production has begun. However, Tags N Labels stands behind the quality of its work. If an order contains a confirmed printing, manufacturing, or production error caused by us, we will review the issue and may offer a reprint or reproduction of the affected products in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy.
Customers must report any suspected issue with an order within the timeframe stated in our Returns and Refund Policy and provide the information reasonably required for our team to investigate the claim.

All prices are listed or quoted in the U.S. Dollars (USD). Production begins after full payment has been received. Customers must provide final artwork and order specifications before production. Once the proof is approved and the order enters production, changes may not be possible.
Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of proof approval for a fee of $30 plus 10% of the total order amount. Cancellation requests made after 24 hours may incur a charge of 50% of the total order amount to cover work and resources already allocated. Cancellations after this period are not guaranteed. Once relevant ordering materials are sourced and printing plates or molds are processed (production has started), orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Our standard turnaround time is typically 15–20 business days, while expedited production and delivery options are generally completed within 12–15 business days, including shipping. These timeframes begin after all required payment, artwork, order details, and final proof approvals have been received.
While Tags N Labels makes every reasonable effort to complete and ship orders within the estimated timeframe, turnaround and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The company is not responsible for the delivery transportation timings, and loss or damage which is done during the shipping. Legally the company is not to be blamed for any loss in shipping. Although this type of incidents can be bought into attention after 6 working days after the shipment. If you provide us incorrect shipment delivery address or otherwise make an error in the submission of the complete delivery address, we will charge additional shipping and handling charges for re-shipment. Also, Shipping to multiple or extra locations will cost you extra charges.
Shipping and delivery may also be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs procedures, holidays, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events. Tags N Labels is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Tags N Labels is not responsible for errors that are present in artwork, files, proofs, or specifications approved or provided by the customer.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tags N Labels and its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our website, products, or services.
This includes, where permitted by law, claims involving loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, goodwill, or other consequential losses. Tags N Labels will not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, transportation disruptions, labor shortages, supplier interruptions, government actions, public health emergencies, technical failures, or other unforeseen events.
